Position Overview As the Senior Business Analyst (heavy Data experience) you will be in a critical position driving datadriven decisionmaking, optimizing business performance, and shaping the strategic direction of the gaming brands role within the company! Main Responsibilities Economy and Metrics Insight Analyze gaming economies and metrics to understand interdependencies and drive datainformed decisions. Develop models to forecast the impact of changes on player behavior, retention, and revenue. Financial and Data Analysis Conduct financial performance evaluations, revenue forecasting, cost optimization analyses. Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable trends in player behavior and game performance. Performance Monitoring Track key business metrics to assess the effectiveness of gaming products/features/events, marketing campaigns, and revenuegenerating initiatives. Take corrective actions as needed based on performance insights. Operational Configurations Manage and execute handson configurations within CRM and other operational systems to support marketing campaigns, player segmentation, and feature rollouts. Initiatives to Improve Main Metrics Collaborate with the team to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies using datadriven insights. Product Development Support Provide recommendations to enhance game features and ingame economies based on analytical findings. Requirements Bachelors degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field. Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries. Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
