Position Summary The Data Analyst Data Governance will play an important role in supporting SteriMaxs data governance, master data management, and analytics initiatives. This is an entry-level position suited for individuals who are passionate about business processes, data quality, and technology-driven solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will analyze, maintain, and document master data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to building a robust data governance foundation. Key Responsibilities Master Data Management & Process Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and maintain master data across systems such as DotCompliance, SAP, SQL Server, and other business intelligence tools. Perform data cleansing, transformation, loading, and modeling to support high-quality, reliable, and actionable business insights. Document, load and validate master data as part of the New Product Launch (NPL) process, ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements. Data Governance & Documentation Ensure data integrity and consistency across business workflows by documenting processes, definitions, and standards. Automation & Workflow Optimization Expand knowledge of business processes across supply chain, quality management, commercial, and sales functions while ensuring GxP compliance. Qualifications & Experience Required Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decisions or process improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document SOPs, workflows, and process maps. Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel and other MS office Apps. Preferred 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, particularly in roles involving data, analytics, or business processes. Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems. Exposure to SQL Server or other database environments. Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar platforms. Understanding of GxP-compliant processes within pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
