Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, as well as products in the D365 CRM suite, including D365 Sales and D365 Customer Insights. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying business applications that streamline processes and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and ModelDriven). Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate. Implement and manage Dataverse for data storage and modeling. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights. Translate customer requirements into technical solutions. Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and thirdparty systems. Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL400) or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and PowerFx for custom development. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Azure Logic Apps. Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and solution deployment, using Power Platform and Azure DevOps ALM methods and practices. Familiarity with Power Automate Document Automation. Experience with Power BI for data visualization. Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure DevOps. Extensive experience with D365 Customer Insights, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service and D365 Contact Center. Familiarity integrating AI and Microsoft CoPilot into enduser and customer applications. Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
