We are seeking a Kahua Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of Kahua-based construction technology solutions. In this role, you will build, configure, and maintain applications that enable our clients to manage large-scale infrastructure programs more effectively. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing within the Kahua platform, a solid foundation in application development and integration, and a passion for innovation in capital project and construction management technology. What You Will Do Develop, configure, and enhance Kahua applications using kBuilder and related tools. Implement integrations between Kahua and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, scheduling, document control) through REST APIs and automation frameworks. Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct unit and system testing to validate application functionality and performance. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, custom code, and integrations. Collaborate closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and offshore development teams. Stay current with Kahua platform updates and contribute ideas to continuously improve technical delivery. Stay current with Kahua platform releases and continuously enhance solution design. What You Bring To The Role 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Kahua platform, including kBuilder development and configuration. 5+ years of experience in software or application development, ideally within construction technology or enterprise systems. Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and scripting languages. Experience with RESTful integrations and application lifecycle management (ALM) tools. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and collaborative development environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Knowledge of capital project workflows or construction management systems is an asset. Kahua certifications or relevant technical credentials (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) are considered strong assets. Pay Range The expected base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $72,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicants base salary within this range is based on the individuals location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
