They provide the ability to work 100% remotely and senior lawyers dedicated to mentorship. Additionally, they understand everyones life circumstances are different and offer reduced billable targets. The work will involve a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, professional and occupiers liability, real estate disputes, and more. Ideally the incoming lawyer would thrive autonomously and in collaboration with other members of the team. Qualifications Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing 4+ years of post-call experience with litigation.
