Key Responsibilities Engage collaboratively with business analysts and end-users to elicit functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive application designs that address evolving organizational needs. Architect, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated software solutions utilizing contemporary frameworks and technologies across both front-end and back-end domains. Refine existing proprietary systems by introducing new functionalities, enhancing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with other internal platforms. Participate constructively in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team meetings to promote a culture of perpetual improvement and learning. Provide limited after-hours application support as required to uphold system reliability and promptly resolve critical issues. Maintain transparent communication with management regarding project milestones, potential risks, and any matters that may influence client satisfaction or operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes related to software delivery, quality assurance, and deployment pipelines. Key Requirements Advanced proficiency in object-oriented software design principles applied comprehensively across both front-end and back-end environments. A minimum of five years'''' substantive experience developing C# applications encompassing coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance responsibilities. Demonstrated mastery of ASP.NET MVC framework as well as AngularJS for constructing responsive web interfaces; advanced knowledge is highly regarded. Thorough understanding of relational database concepts with practical experience employing MS SQL for data modelling and query optimization. Extensive familiarity with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), XML web services, and Service Oriented Architecture patterns, facilitating scalable integrations. Proven record of successfully delivering complex software projects punctually whilst adhering rigorously to best practices in quality assurance. Bachelor''''s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline; supplementary certifications or IT training are considered advantageous. Exemplary communication skills coupled with refined inter-personal abilities enabling effective collaboration across diverse groups. Capacity for independent workload management whilst prioritizing tasks judiciously under minimal supervision without compromising meticulousness. Knowledge of investment fund industry systems or completion of relevant financial designations such as CFA or CSC would be beneficial, though not obligatory.
