Duties and Responsibilities Loss Prevention: Provide professional service to clients; conduct surveillance on sales floor and CCTV; adhere to laws and SEPHORA policies; prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries, investigations, and audits; develop relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security and other retailers; testify in court; provide new hire and continuous employee training. Operations: Conduct store self-audits, checklists and safety inspections; communicate findings to store leadership and District Loss Prevention Manager; assist with inventory preparation and process; partner with stores and DLPM on shrinkage prevention plans; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours: Full Time 30-40 hrs/week; Part Time 16-20 hrs/week. Skills and Qualifications 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in retail. Maintain all licensing requirements (province or local jurisdiction). Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain composure and coach on loss prevention techniques. Proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel desirable. A High School graduate or equivalent. Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays. Availability to work at multiple locations within a market. Physical Requirements Work in a fragrance-filled environment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
