Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our partner data ingestion (PDI) and reporting ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure that partner data is accurate, timely, and reliable, enabling the business to scale paid marketing, refine business intelligence, and grow partner revenue with confidence. Youll bring deep product expertise across fintech, consumer finance, lead generation, or dataheavy environments, and youll understand the business levers behind partner performance. This role requires strong ownership, outcomeoriented thinking, and the ability to dive deep into data, systems, and processes. You will work closely with an Engineering Manager to develop a cohesive roadmap and influence crossfunctional teams across data engineering, product engineering, analytics, marketing, finance, and business development. You balance longterm strategy with handson execution, ensuring what we build aligns with internal customer needs and business goals. Within 1 year of joining, a successful candidate will have worked with the team to have increased partner data accuracy to >99% of accounts receivable revenue match, 99% ingestions completed within 24hrs of receiving across our organization. This role reports to the VP, Engineering. Where You Can Make An Impact Autonomy and ownership: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to bring solutions and ideas. Be fixated on the growth of our business. Own the Partner Data Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap for partner data ingestion, transformation, and reporting. Identify and prioritize the highestimpact opportunities using business metrics, customer feedback, and technical insights. Communicate tradeoffs clearly and gracefully to stakeholders when initiatives cannot be prioritized ''''right now.'''' Drive Data Quality and Reliability: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability across all partner data pipelines, including ingestion, validation, modeling, and reporting. Work with program management, data engineering, product engineering, analytics, and marketing to reduce data quality issues and build a robust data observability layer. Uncover Hidden Opportunities: Identify problems and opportunities your customers may not yet see. Use hidden insights in underlying data workflows to drive meaningful business impact. Partner and Influence Across the Organization: Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to ensure partner data powers marketing optimization, revenue reporting, decisionmaking, and longterm strategy. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements that guide engineering execution. Mentor team members and cultivate a culture that understands the value and impact of data products. Your Experience 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, lead generation, or datacentric products. Demonstrated success launching impactful data or platform initiatives at scale. Strong data literacyable to write SQL, understand relational models, and reason about data flows endtoend. Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes, APIs, data pipelines, and integration patterns. Ability to hold technical conversations with senior engineers and guide technical tradeoffs. Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation economics. Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills across technical and nontechnical teams. Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements. Understanding of Lakehouse architectures, query engines, and compute platforms (e.g., Spark, Trino, Databricks, Snowflake). Experience building or shipping APIs, SDKs, data contracts, or client integration frameworks. Familiarity with data observability, telemetry, instrumentation, and monitoring best practices. Handson experience managing highvolume, multisource datasets from a product perspective. Location Remote position; candidates may be located anywhere in Canada (except Quebec).
