Finance & BizOps Sr. Analyst / Associate (GTM) # Base pay range: CAD $85,000 - $115,000 per year. Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from worldclass venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures. This role requires inoffice attendance at least 3 days a week in our Toronto office. Core Responsibilities GTM Strategic Finance Build and maintain finance dashboards and models that drive full funnel visibility and insights Partner with GTM leaders and Analytics to support the Weekly Revenue Review cadence Lead and refine GTM campaign ROI analysis, including campaign spend attribution and ROI framework Own and present weekly ARR forecast and month end ARR close / reconciliation Quota & Capacity Planning Partner with Revenue leaders to run quarterly quota and capacity planning efforts Manage quarter end quota attainment and commission analyses Support PeopleOps in commission execution to ensure timely payout Deal Desk & Revenue Operations Support the Director of RevOps with deal contract review and closing process in Salesforce Manage customer provisioning and Stripe product catalog updates endtoend postsales Partner with Customer team to improve quotetocash process Monitor receivables, perform collections followup, and reconcile customer accounts in Stripe Strategic & Operational Projects Lead adhoc strategic analyses, such as ROI on new initiatives, pricing & packaging changes Improve GTM Finance operations and automation by building or leveraging AI tools Proactively flag inefficiencies and drive policy or process improvement to scale GTM operations This is for you if you are: Highly analytical and motivated by solving real business problems Excited to get handson experience scaling GTM operations Deeply curious about how our GTM engine works and willing to dive deep to make it successful Obsessed with how AI and automation will reshape finance & operations Requirements 14 years of experience investment banking, private equity, or management consulting (bonus point if you''''ve worked at a startup) Proficiency in SQL and BI tools is a plus Working knowledge of the latest AI automation tools How We Work at Air Act like a driver: Take initiative and ownership without waiting to be told Work in public: Share ideas openly, get feedback early, and collaborate across teams Play to win: Aim high and bring creativity, adaptability, and focus to your work Say the hard thing: Give and receive feedback with clarity and respect Disagree and commit: Debate honestly, then align quickly to move forward together Benefits Growth and Impact: Join a rapidly scaling company with a mission to transform the creative ops space.
