What You Bring No prior experience in the insurance industry necessary we provide comprehensive training! Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective negotiation and closing skills. Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail. Genuine drive to build a successful sales career in insurance. Driven, proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance. What Youll Do Bring an aggressive and persuasive approach to generating and qualifying leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking and networking. Devising creative and effective sales approaches to negotiate and close deals.
