The Business Director will work closely with our Design Directors, leading various projects both internally and externally. Create and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. Generate organic business. Confidently lead discussions and presentations with our partners. Drive profitability by having a deep understanding of financials. Manage and mentor the team. Ensure the project teams capacity, workload, and morale are always considered. Ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish, both internally and externally. Contribute to finding and locking new business opportunities for PA. Contribute to the development of PAs culture, process, tools, programs, ways of working, etc. What you bring Exceptional business skills. Strong leadership and ability to collaborate. Experience leading international accounts that require coordination across multiple time zones. 8+ years of account services experience. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Suite, and Slack.
