Job Responsibilities laborer et excuter des stratgies de vente bases sur les connaissances du march et les commentaires des clients. Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunits daffaires et des prospects long terme. Promouvoir et vendre lensemble du portefeuille de services et quipements en gestion intgre des installations. Collaborer avec des quipes transversales (Oprations, Estimation, Propositions) pour offrir des solutions adaptes aux clients. Travailler avec lquipe Relations avec les communauts des Peuples autochtones afin de soutenir des initiatives stratgiques et lengagement communautaire. Suivre les activits concurrentielles et les tendances du march pour orienter la stratgie. Grer les prvisions, les indicateurs de performance et les rapports CRM. Grer des comptes stratgiques et contribuer la planification des ventes au niveau excutif. Reprsenter Dexterra lors dvnements sectoriels et auprs des instances rglementaires. Ce poste est un rle de contributeur individuel. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market insights and customer feedback. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and long-lead sales prospects. Promote and sell the full Integrated Facilities Management portfolio of equipment and services. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Operations, Estimating, Proposals) to deliver tailored client solutions. Partner with the Indigenous Relations team to support strategic initiatives and community engagement. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy. Lead forecasting, performance metrics, and CRM reporting. Manage strategic accounts and contribute to executivelevel sales planning. Represent Dexterra at industry events and with regulatory stakeholders. This role is an individual contributor. It is fully remote and requires travel. Qualifications Plus de 5 ans dexprience confirme en ventes et en dveloppement de nouveaux marchs. BILINGUISME FRANAIS ET ANGLAIS EXIG Exprience dmontre en vente de services selon une approche de solution-selling avec un cycle de 6 12 mois. Exprience pralable en ventes dans la gestion dinstallations ou un secteur de services connexe fortement souhaite. Antcdents de russite dans la mise en uvre de plans transforms en stratgies et tactiques menant des ventes concluantes. Capacit btir des relations internes solides permettant de mobiliser lexpertise interne et le soutien appropri. Permis de conduire valide et capacit travailler de manire autonome en mode tltravail. Disponibilit et flexibilit pour voyager au besoin. 5+ years of proven sales & new business development experience. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH Demonstrated solutionselling services sales experience through a 612month cycle. Previous sales experience in the Facilities Management or related service industry strongly preferred. A proven track record of developing plans and converting them into strategies and tactics that lead to successful account sales. Build successful internal relationships that enable you to leverage internal support and subject matter expertise when required.
