Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Are you an FP&A professional with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, long-term planning and business partnering? We are recruiting on behalf of a Top Employer located in Torontos downtown core, currently seeking a progressive CPA with extensive FP&A experience to support the achievement of their strategic goals. We are offering an excellent compensation package for this level including an attractive base salary and annual bonus program, plus RSP matching and 100% companypaid benefit plan. Toronto, Ontario, Canada CA$115,221.00-CA$146,221.00 Key Responsibilities and Oversight Build a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and long-term success Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring, fostering a continuous improvement culture Lead and oversee annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and longrange strategic planning Business partnering with stakeholders to provide guidance on strategic decision making Presentation of consolidated financial results, forecasts, key drivers and risks to senior executives Monitor and report on yearoveryear trends, strategic targets, and key performance indicators Create management reporting on operational results and cash flow drivers to Executives Consolidation and analysis of monthly operating and financial results at the group level Collaborate with internal teams in financial reporting, corporate accounting, and operations Forecast results with a detailed understanding of cost drivers to provide accurate predictive value Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following 8-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A functions 4+ years of leadership and team building experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and presentation skills All interested candidates should submit their rsum for consideration by applying directly to this posting or via email at [email protected] one of our consultants will contact you directly.
