Legal Counsel True North Sports + Entertainment Were looking for a Legal Counsel who will play a key role in supporting all aspects of True Norths operations. In this role, youll draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements, prepare contest rules and waivers, support trademark and leaguerelated matters, and provide guidance on labour and employment issues. Youll partner closely with teams across Sales & Services, Marketing, Event Management, People & Culture, and Hockey Operations to deliver practical, timely legal advice. You will also help manage corporate filings, legal correspondence, and document systems, support litigation tracking, and contribute to privacy compliance under PIPEDA, GDPR, and CASL. This role further provides legal assistance to the True North Youth Foundation and keeps internal partners informed on emerging legal trends.
