Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your electrification and project management expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forwardthinking teammates. Youll ensure the successful delivery of electrification projects, driving safety, quality, and performance across all phases of the project lifecycle. Daytoday, youll work closely with teams across engineering, construction, and customer operations, manage interfaces with stakeholders, and champion risk and opportunity management strategies, and much more. Youll specifically take care of leading and coordinating electrification activities and stakeholders, including Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS) and Power Supply (POS) subsystems, but also optimizing electrification financial performance (margin and cash). Well look to you for: Ensuring safety, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and compliance requirements are fully implemented within the electrification scope of works Planning, monitoring, and controlling endtoend electrification activities, including scope, schedule, resources, cost, and risks Leading the electrification strategy definition in line with contract requirements Managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and partners Driving resource management and fostering collaboration across multisite teams Ensuring ontime delivery and adherence to project KPIs, including Design for Quality (DFQ) milestones All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
