Job Requisition ID #25WD94008 Position Overview We are looking for a selfmotivated backend developer with expertise in Serverside software development to join our Fusion 360 Data Services dev team. This team develops, maintains, and supports Data Management services, including Fusion Team, for Autodesks flagship product Fusion 360. Autodesk Fusion 360 has over a million users globally. It is a nextgeneration CAD application with an ecosystem of client and server components, a nextgeneration Web client, SDK and a variety of Cloud Services that interact with worldleading CAD products such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit. Responsibilities Work in a highly professional scrum team that owns critical micro services that are the foundation of Fusion 360 Data. Write highquality, clean, and efficient code following the development guidelines. Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the systems. Contribute to test automations not only in writing them but also in monitoring and maintaining them. Collaborate with stakeholders like Product Owner, Scrum Master, and team members to understand, analyze requirements and translate these requirements into high quality micro services to drive customer satisfaction. Research and prototype innovative ideas, technologies and patterns relating to the task. Deliver results that meet product user stories with an elevated level of quality and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor''''s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of handson experience with cloud services and application development. Strong understanding of Java programming language, objectoriented design principles, Spring and Jersey. Experience in developing and maintaining largescale micro services with strong understanding of Caching (preferably Redis), Distributed Tracing, Eventing (preferably Kinesis) and Scaling techniques. Experience in developing RESTful web services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Jersey. Experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologies, e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB. Handson experience with unit and automation testing tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, JMeter, etc. Working knowledge of UML, Software Design Patterns, Distributed Systems, Resiliency, and Security. Strong troubleshooting skills by performing Stack trace Analysis, Thread and Memory profiling, Remote debugging. Experience with Build and CI/CD tools like Gradle, Maven, Docker, Jenkins. Experience with Git or equivalent version control system. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work with colleagues across different time zones. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) stack ECS, Lambda, Batch, Step Function, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, SQS, etc. Familiarity with Python and Groovy. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React.js, Redux. Experience with Agile development practices. Experience with Search technologies like Lucene and Elasticsearch.
