What Youll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. Provide technical support to internal departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication. Debug and resolve complex issues to maintain reliable system performance. Write, review, and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Conduct and optimize unit and integration testing to uphold software quality. Onboard quickly to existing projects, maintaining continuity and stability. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation. What Were Looking For Education: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of professional Java development experience. Strong proficiency in Java, including generics and lambda expressions. Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, multi-threading, and concurrency. Advanced SQL/MySQL knowledge. Handson experience with Redis, AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux frameworks. Proven ability to implement unit and integration testing. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and crossdepartmental collaboration skills; fast learner, adaptable to new technologies; strong problemsolving mindset and proactive approach to challenges. Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or highpressure environment; familiarity with advanced debugging tools and techniques; track record of taking full ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
