Please note Loblaw''''s Return to Office Policy, is 4 days in the office Sr. Product Manager (12 Month Contract) - Toronto, ON In this exciting 12-month contract role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our fraud prevention capabilities. You''''ll lead the development and evolution of critical real-time fraud detection systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that protect our customers and business from evolving threats. What Youll Do Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap forcritical fraud detection and prevention products, starting withreal-time loyalty redemption fraud. Translate complexfraud prevention requirementsand business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria forreal-time systems. Drive thefull product lifecycleforfraud and security-focused solutions, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous optimization. Collaborate extensivelywith engineering, data science, fraud operations, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption ofrobust fraud products. Analyze evolvingfraud trends, system performance data, and user feedback to identify vulnerabilities and drive continuous improvements in ourfraud prevention capabilities. What you Bring Minimum of5 years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, ideally withinfraud, risk, or cybersecurity domains. Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed requirements forcomplex, data-driven systemsin anagile environment. Strong technical understanding, including proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and BI tools (Power BI, Looker), enabling effective collaboration with engineering, data science, and analytics teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Astrong focus on achieving measurable outcomes, includingreducing fraud losses,optimizing false positive rates,improving detection coverage,ensuring system performance and uptime, andenhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
