As the Director of Brand Management & Architecture, you will lead the creation and maintenance of ServiceTitans brand portfolio hierarchy, ensuring clarity and market synergy across all business units. You will govern external brand usage, guide a creative team, and manage brand integration from M&A activities, building a cohesive brand experience that supports the companys growth. What you''''ll do: Develop and execute Brand Architecture Strategy, designing and maintaining the optimal model (e.g., Masterbrand, Endorsed, or House of Brands). Define portfolio hierarchy, naming conventions, visual hierarchy, and strategic positioning for all subbrands and product families. Build and monitor metrics to audit brand health, equity, and alignment, informing investment and retirement decisions. Lead integration strategy for M&A, ensuring new acquisitions fit the existing brand portfolio. Manage, mentor, and develop a creative team of Copywriters and Designers to maintain brand standards and governance. Allocate creative resources and budget, prioritizing projects that reinforce architectural integrity. Establish and enforce brand governance processes, including internal guidelines for product development and external usage for partners and customers. Collaborate with Legal, Product Development, Marketing, and other Creative Leads to align strategy, execution, and compliance. Present portfolio health and recommendations to executive leadership, serving as the strategic brand structure expert. What you''''ll bring: 10+ years of brand strategy or brand management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Brand Architecture or Product Naming in a multibrand environment. Proven leadership and mentoring of creative teams or agency partners. Experience designing, implementing, and managing global brand architectures and naming systems. Deep understanding of core brand principles and their application to architecture and creative execution. Track record of developing and enforcing internal and external brand usage guidelines. Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
