Who you are You are a resultsdriven marketer who can craft and execute on customercentric marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and utilisation. What youll work on Lead gotomarket (GTM) and product adoption efforts for product portfolios, including positioning, messaging, new feature and product launches, internal team enablement, and customer and prospect lifecycle initiatives. Partner with product teams to develop strategies that successfully bring new features and products to market. Work closely with product marketing teams in North America to share best practices, key learnings, and build the roadmap for EMEA. Localise messaging and releases for EMEA markets. Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about product benefits through positioning. Create standout product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace and represent Clio as a product expert at industry events. Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption, e.g., card payments, and support retention through crosssell opportunities. Speak with customers to gain new perspective and feedback on products. Collaborate with customer insights, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other crossfunctional teams to develop market research. Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with crossfunctional teams. Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to fuel the creation, testing, and implementation of initiatives for EMEA products. Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of productline performance metrics. Engage with customers to become the voice of the customer internally. Own the competitor intelligence programme for EMEA. What you bring 5+ years of experience in product marketing. Storytelling skills; ability to train teams and craft gotomarket strategies with compelling writing. A datafirst approach; adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform recommendations. Strategic yet tactical thinking; ground ideas in strategy, balance companywide implications, and design effective tactical approaches. Intellectual curiosity; uncover opportunities, investigate drivers, and predict outcomes. Agility and methodological prioritization as new opportunities arise. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
