You''''ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and have the opportunity to counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly. Responsibilities Manage litigation and regulatory matters. Counsel Epic on an evolving competitive landscape. Qualifications JD with 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Strong academic and professional background. Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
