Assistant Store Manager Spencer''''s Hourly rate ranges from CA$19.45 to CA$19.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. All bonuses, awards, and benefits are subject to qualifications and eligibility. Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities Establish and maintain guest services. Support the store manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per shift. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage staffing and inventory effectively. Commitment to company policies and procedures.
