Job Description In the current asset servicing environment, clients seek service providers that not only deliver core administration services but also act as trusted advisors and partners. In this role, you will create a clientfocused culture within the company, ensuring an enhanced service model is delivered to clients. Client 360 will coordinate deliverables across operations teams, mitigate risks and manage communication strategy for incidents, participate in global projects to standardize and enhance our target operating model, implement client satisfaction monitoring, and strengthen relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Develop relationships with key decision makers and operations staff at our clients. Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for all client queries. Own and manage incidents/errors endtoend in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Manage and oversee clientspecific SLAs and KPI adherence by operations teams. Host monthly service calls with clients, presenting SLA and KPI data. Participate in client DDQs and oversee periodic due diligence visits. Determine RAG rating for clients and(escalate to internal senior management where appropriate. Oversee and review client profitability and own clientaccount strategy to drive future growth. Manage client profitability through workforce planning with operations teams and adherence to a common operating model. Explore crosssale opportunities where applicable; actively participate in RFPs or other businessdevelopment opportunities as required. Own commercial conversations with our clients; initial point of contact for new product launches and services. Participate in global projects to improve clientrelated initiatives or projects with the operational teams. Qualifications Thirdlevel qualification (degree or higher) in a relevant field. At least 10 years experience in the fund administration or asset management industry, managing client relationships and delivering highquality service. Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage a team of accounting professionals. Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of the fund administration business and drivers of profitability. Exceptional clientservice skills, meeting the needs of a complex, demanding client base while safeguarding the organizations interests. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office products. Indepth knowledge of the fund administration industry, including various fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments, and fundoffering documentation review. High level of problemsolving and innovative thinking to develop solutions to complex problems. Experience with fund administration software such as Geneva, Investran, Yardi, and Mantra is beneficial but not required. Additional Information Whats in it for you?
