Partenaire acquisition de talents Poste temporaire 12 mois | Talent Acquisition Partner Temporary 12 months Les Partenaires en Acquisition de Talents travaillent en troite collaboration avec les gestionnaires dembauche pour identifier, attirer et slectionner les meilleurs talents afin de soutenir les ambitions stratgiques et oprationnelles de lorganisation. En agissant titre de partenaire de confiance et de reprsentant de lquipe Talent, ce rle garantit une exprience candidat de grande qualit tout en offrant des services de recrutement efficaces et forte valeur ajoute. Le recruteur contribue directement au renforcement des capacits organisationnelles ainsi qu la cration dun environnement diversifi et mobilis. En tant que porteur du savoir-faire Talent, vous jouerez un rle cl dans la cration de liens solides et authentiques avec vos collgues, en mettant de lavant lengagement, la collaboration et la synergie. Vous influencerez des intervenants issus de divers secteurs afin de soutenir une culture novatrice, intgre et tourne vers lavenir.
