You will be responsible for managing training ops, delivering training on CRM, processes, content development & cross-dept collaboration. Responsibilities Provide leadership to develop/implement training programs for all staff Manage the Training Manager/team Drive Dealer Capabilities & P4P Goals Create, deliver training plans Oversee expenses & training costs Track training success, recommend improvements Keep up to date on business/sales systems, JDU courses, Sales & Retail Finance processes, products from vendors, build codes & machine configurations Customer confidentiality Maintain strong relationships through teamwork & service excellence Requirements Strong leadership skills Excellent training/presentation, customer service, interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of Farm/Ag systems in AOR Ability to manage tasks; project/goal oriented, strong work ethic Positive attitude, empathetic, self-aware Ability to use MS Office & internet apps Experience analyzing data Highschool diploma/GED, Ag/Business/Engineering Degree preferred Work flexible hours & extensive travel in/out of CA Must have valid Class 5 Drivers License & valid Passport CONNECT with us today!
