The Opportunity Join the Ledger and Recon Platform team to build and scale key financial products. In this role, you will lead the development of internal ledger and reconciliation systems, bridging engineering and finance to ensure accuracy, security, and innovation. What Youll Do Mentor and lead a highperformance engineering team. Plan, implement, and oversee engineering projects for timely, highquality delivery. Act as a liaison between engineering and finance, ensuring clear communication of accounting requirements. Provide strategic technical direction and support in software development practices and system architecture. Identify opportunities to optimize financial product efficiency, security, and scalability using datadriven approaches. Ensure compliance with datasecurity standards and regulatory requirements. Who You Are Experienced leader with a proven track record in dynamic environments, preferably in fintech or accounting. Strong backend engineering background with proficiency in Java or Kotlin. Understanding of accrualbased accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Excellent communicator who can convey technical and financial concepts to diverse audiences.
