Overview The Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Leadership Initiatives will work directly with Senior Advisor for Revenue Generation & Brands Partnerships to advance the organizations highest-priority relationships, drive business development opportunities, and support the execution of strategic and leadership initiatives. This role is both strategic and operational responsible for turning vision into action. The Manager will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring that partnerships, business development opportunities, and key initiatives are executed with excellence. The portfolio of responsibilities is divided as follows: 75% Business Development: Driving new opportunities through research, strategy, and compelling sales enablement assets and materials. 25% Strategic Partnerships & Leadership Initiatives: Supporting leadership priorities and stewarding partnerships through communications, briefing, coordination, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Business Development (75%) Develop high-impact partnership proposals, concept decks, and executive briefing materials. Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for high-profile audiences. Manage multiple projects, ensuring exceptional quality, clarity, and on-time delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate and evolve Legacy+s value proposition. Identify, assess, and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Conduct research and analysis on prospective partners, industries, and emerging trends. Lead the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and presentations. Support the senior advisor in preparing for prospect meetings, ensuring strong strategy, messaging, and follow-through. Maintain shared ownership of the business development pipeline with the Head of Business Development to sustain deal momentum. Represent the organization in pitches to prospective partners and stakeholders when appropriate. Provide quality control across materials and support additional program-related tasks as needed. Assist in quality control, materials review, and additional program-related duties as needed. Strategic Partnerships & Leadership Initiatives (25%) Draft communications, briefing notes, and talking points for leadership engagement with partners. Coordinate and manage activities related to partner engagements and activations. Lead and participate in some client check-ins, partner meetings, and virtual or in-person briefings to articulate progress, gather feedback, and align on next steps. Support the design and delivery of organizational projects and leadership-facing initiatives. Contribute to cross-functional efforts that advance the Co-Founders strategic priorities. Provide direct support to leadership needs to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Flexibly support additional priorities and responsibilities as identified by leadership. Assist in developing presentations, partnership decks, and internal materials that reflect Legacy+s brand and mission. Conduct background research and contribute to the writing of persuasive, high-impact proposals. Support project coordination by tracking timelines, tasks, and content development across multiple initiatives. Work closely with team leads to ensure alignment in brand voice, visual design, and impact storytelling. Proactively contribute to a wide range of creative, strategic, and operational tasks with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, writing- or design-intensive environment Outstanding writing and communication abilities Proficiency , with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign or Illustrator) A passion for social change, strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurial problem-solving Experience in partner-facing work or stakeholder management Experience in consulting, fundraising, brand partnerships, or strategy Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of something ambitious and meaningful Deep curiosity, humility, and drive to build a better future through mission-aligned partnerships Legacy+ is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and welcomes all interested parties to apply.
