With strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset, the successful candidate will bring business insight and analytical ability to support Gillam Co-ops direction, goals, and operational plans. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategy Working closely with the Board to interpret our vision and managing the Co-operatives strategy by directing all aspects of the business. Financial Stewardship Leading the development of the Co-ops operating and capital budgets and ensuring efficient operation and adherence to the budget. Operations Responsible for overall administration, coordination, and control of the retail, and ensuring daily success with a handson approach. Understands the importance of optimizing processes to drive results. Leadership Provide leadership and maintain a positive work environment that promotes the engagement and development of team members to support the achievement of desired results. Relationships Using excellent communication skills, builds and enhances relationships with members, customers, team members. Acts as a liaison between the community and the retail.
