Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Canada offline sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the brands market share in Canada and enhance overall profitability. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with major local key accounts (KAs) and distributors to drive product placement and sales. Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for business decision-making. Lead the team to explore new sales channels and partnerships to create additional sales opportunities. Qualifications: At least 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with strong knowledge of consumer electronics - especially charging products, home security, robot vacuums, or audio-visual products. Experience in regional sales management, GTM roles, or similar; team management experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with the North American retail landscape and resources. Experience working with North American key accounts or distributor networks preferred. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. Highly goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and comfortable with challenges. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD $130,000 - $160,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
