Scope of Role: Identify, contact, and convert new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and client engagement. Present and sell company solutions to new and existing customers, supporting retention and longterm growth. Stay informed on evolving market conditions, competitive activity, and customer needs to deliver customized solutions. Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system and generate timely reports on performance and pipeline activity. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager for strategy alignment, coaching, and continuous improvement. Coordinate pricing, onboarding, and operational requirements across internal departments to ensure service excellence. Meet and exceed defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Sales experience within the courier, logistics, or transportation sectors is preferred. College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills. Organized, detailoriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently. Proven track record in B2B outside sales and revenue generation. Selfstarter with high integrity, resilience, and results orientation. Skilled with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
