We are looking to hire an Experienced Director of Finance to oversee a large operation across North America. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting and maintaining financial records and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, and business administration. The director of finance will be a critical member of the team and will be responsible for financial planning and oversight of credit and accounting procedures. Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes within the organization. Oversee and maintain all internal controls to ensure S.O.X compliance are met. Develop plans and goals for department staff. Liaison with local and corporate team members. Perform internal audits. Oversee all accounting staff. Promote a positive and healthy team environment. Conduct monthly financial reviews with corporate team. Share KPI results and Metrics report with the appropriate departments. Requirements Previous experience as a director of finance. Knowledge in financial analysis and forecasting. BSC/BA in accounting or finance. Versed in MS office and financial management software. Compensation $120,000 - $150,000/yr.
