Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP projects within the financial services domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry, often acting as the solution architect. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP project delivery with a focus on financial services. Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience leading largescale SAP implementations and transformations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. SAP certification(s) is a plus. At least 6 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules and fulllifecycle implementations. Experience developing project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology. Skills and Attributes for Success Demonstrated ability to lead teams. Strong teamwork orientation. Preferred Experience Experience with SAP S/4HANA and statutory and regulatory reporting requirements in financial services. Experience integrating with 3rdparty systems.
