What youll do: Build and manage broker partnerships Drive mortgage volume and ensure file quality Collaborate with underwriting to deliver a seamless broker experience Represent Highclere at industry events and meetings Travel regularly within Alberta, with occasional travel out of province What you bring: 5+ years in residential mortgage sales Broker channel experience (Alt-A or non-prime a plus) Confidence working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team Work Location This role is remote within Alberta. Candidates must reside in Alberta and be legally entitled to work in Canada. Compensation Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions/bonuses tied to performance.
