Position Overview: Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager based in Winnipeg. This individual will build and grow client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and represent our client''''s brand across Manitoba. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in heavy equipment sales and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell heavy equipment solutions across Manitoba to clients in various industries, including construction, agriculture, mining, and landscaping. Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers through regular site visits, virtual meetings, and follow-up communications. Conduct on-site and remote presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each clients operational needs. Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and sales contracts based on client specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor territory performance and sales targets; identify new business opportunities within the region. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities when required. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment sales or related industrial sales. Solid knowledge of equipment used in construction, agriculture, mining, or related sectors. Proven ability to build client trust and manage long-term business relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality for new business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage a large geographic territory. Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout Manitoba.
