This role is the technical bridge between iVedha and its strategic partners , driving revenue, delivery excellence, partner enablement, and GTM alignment . Role Summary: The Technical Delivery & Engagement Manager is a hybrid role combining technical pre-sales , partner management , and delivery leadership . You will own the technical relationship with key technology partners, Elastic, LogicMonitor, Databricks, Apache Airflow, and emerging AI/observability platforms , ensuring solution readiness, pipeline growth, successful delivery, and joint GTM traction. You must be technically strong , clientfacing , and commercially focused , capable of leading technical conversations, architecting solutions, driving presales, and ensuring project execution meets iVedhas standards. This role is critical for revenue acceleration across iVedhas partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner Technical Leadership (Elastic, Databricks, LogicMonitor, Airflow) Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners. Deeply understand partner products, roadmaps, certifications, and GTM priorities. Build and maintain joint solutions combining partner technologies with iVedha Fabric (Nexa, PlatformNEX, ServiceNEX, SecureNEX). Lead partner alignment for deal support, POVs, coselling, and partnerled opportunities . Ensure iVedha teams stay uptodate on partner technical certifications and competencies. Lead technical qualification, discovery, and requirement gathering for enterprise accounts. Create solution architectures, demos, POVs, and clientspecific presentations. Deliver executivelevel technical pitches aligned to ROI, OPEX reduction, and AImodernization using iVedha Fabric. Create BOMs, sizing, architecture diagrams, and proposal responses (RFP/RFI/SOW). Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline velocity and technical closure. 3. Delivery Oversight & Client Engagement Oversee successful delivery of partnerrelated implementations (Elastic stack, Databricks Lakehouse, LogicMonitor observability, Airflow orchestration). Manage project scoping, delivery planning, milestones, and client expectations. Ensure iVedhas engineering teams follow Fabric methodologies (AIAugmented Delivery, PlatformNEX DevOps, TalentNEX talent ecosystem). Manage risks, escalations, and SLA adherence for enterprise projects. Serve as the technical escalation point for clients and partners. 4. Revenue & Business Growth Own partnerrelated revenue targets across Elastic, Databricks, LogicMonitor, and Airflow. Drive crosssell/upsell motions using iVedha Fabric accelerators. Identify new solution offerings, service packages, and recurring OPEX/managed services models. Generate pipeline by enabling account teams, partners, and hosting joint webinars/events. Track KPIs: conversion rate, partnerled opportunities, delivery success, renewals. 5. Technical Enablement & Evangelism Train internal teams on partner technologies and iVedhas integrated Fabric stack. Represent iVedha at partner summits, events, technical councils, and community meetups. Continuously explore new partner capabilities to expand iVedhas GTM. Core Technical Skills: Elastic LogicMonitor Databricks Additional Technical Strengths CI/CD fundamentals (PlatformNEX), automation, SRE/DevOps methodologies. Understanding of agentic AI platforms like Nexa. Experience with enterprise modernization programs.
