Job Title

Salesforce Engineer Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid inoffice 3 days per week and up to 4 weeks remote annually). The role is part of Corporate Engineering, IT, Privacy and Security teams, focusing on partner, sales, marketing, legal and business operations. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and impact across the enterprise. Responsibilities Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce). Build and maintain complex data models, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (Boomi, Workato), and ETL processes; monitor performance and resolve production issues. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable, highimpact technical solutions and support broader MarTech and architecture initiatives. Ensure solution quality through unit, integration, and UAT testing, following DevOps best practices (Git, CI/CD, release management) and participating in agile ceremonies. Drive continuous improvement by identifying AI/automation opportunities and staying current with Salesforce certifications, products, and platform features. Qualifications and Experience 35 years of enterprise Salesforce development with strong skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and declarative configuration, delivering scalable, businesscritical solutions. Integrationfocused engineer experienced with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, Workato), and enterprise integration patterns. Strong grounding in SDLC, Gitbased version control, CI/CD, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), and data migration/ETL, with a commitment to code quality and documentation. Salesforce Platform Developer I required (Developer II/Application Architect preferred), plus experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Excellent communicator and problemsolver with experience in fastpaced, highgrowth environments and interest in AIdriven automation within the Salesforce ecosystem. Hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to4weeks per year. Compensation The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD$102,000CAD$127,500.
