What will your typical day look like? The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and configuring the AI Defense Service operational environments utilized by Deloitte Technology and Deloittes network of member firms. This is an analyst level role that ensures these environments run efficiently and that configuration changes are implemented accurately following agreed change control processes. You will monitor and handle tickets assigned to the support queues, be available for major incidents, build a deep understanding of the products, and respond quickly to operational events, alerts, or requests. Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Provide support for incidents and requests related to AI Defense, including oncall work when required. Ticket Management: Monitor and handle tickets assigned to your support queues and be available to support any related major incidents. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the AI defense products you will be managing. Documentation: Create and maintain knowledge base documents and playbooks outlining endtoend support procedures and interteam workflows. Change Management: Support change management activities for product upgrades within the production environment, collaborating with inhouse teams and third parties to ensure successful implementation. Onboarding: Assist technical leads and application support teams to configure their applications and onboard to the AI defense service, develop and implement configuration to protect these applications. Escalation Response: Respond to escalations from Security Policy Management, GNOC, SOC, application support teams and Member Firms, assisting them with understanding AI defense products and support processes. Testing and AdHoc Duties: Assist the technical lead/architect and other security analysts in testing product upgrades and perform other jobrelated duties as assigned. Enough about us, lets talk about you Qualifications: Experience with configuration and deployment of cybersecurity platforms. Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing solutions. Working knowledge of application development processes. Working knowledge of computer networking (firewalls, routing, etc.). Knowledge of configuration, policy, and event workflows and playbooks. Direct experience in supporting security tools (e.g., antivirus, host intrusion detection). Experience working within a service management framework (e.g., ITIL). Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools. Education and Experience Technologyrelated degree or suitable industry experience. Minimum of 5 years experience supporting security platforms and applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a large global organization. Experience with ServiceNow. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
