Expertise with Hamilton liquid handling systems and SoftMax Pro plate readers for smooth integration in laboratory workflows. Create quality assurance protocols for assay validation. Qualification Master of Science or Applied Science degree with a specialization in robotics, mechanical engineering, or high-throughput assay development. Over 3 years of experience in laboratory automation and Hamilton systems. Proficiency in automating intricate liquid handling workflows along with other platforms like SoftMax Pro and electronic laboratory notebooks. Experience with data pipelines, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and system integration to improve automation and optimize workflow efficiency.
