Overview North American AVL distributor A.C. Americas announced the appointment of Natasha Royal as vice president of finance. Reporting to president Jean-Louis Blanchard, she will oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management to support the organizations long-term fiscal health and financial performance. Responsibilities Develop and analyze statistical and accounting information. Establish major economic objectives and policies. Direct financial and budget activities to maximize investments and increase efficiency. Evaluate and develop the finance team and foster partnerships with other departments. Lead FP&A processes and provide scenario modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning insights. Experience Previously, Royal led commercial finance and reporting for Voortman Bakery globally. She has held finance roles at Alcon Canada, Kellogg Canada, Lindt & Sprngli (Canada), and Sears Canada, overseeing commercial and operational finance functions, developing sales and operating budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives.
