Join to apply for the Peoplesoft Functional Consultant role at J&M Group Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Overview The Peoplesoft Functional Consultant role supports and enhances enterprise applications with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus solutions, and related modules. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement functional solutions. Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; design, document and implement functional solutions in PeopleSoft. Configure and maintain modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, SCM, or Campus solutions. Develop functional specifications for technical teams; perform system testing and coordinate UAT; support go-live activities. Provide day-to-day support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs, etc.) for system enhancements. Preferred knowledge of integrations using web services, REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. Experience with reporting tools to provide business insights. Qualifications Strong experience as a PeopleSoft functional consultant across HCM, FSCM, and Campus solutions (customization as needed). Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Experience with integrations and reporting tools.
