About the Role We are hiring a Head of Product to run product incubation end-to-end. This is a founder-level role inside the studio. You will recruit elite Business Leader / Technical Leader pairs, drive presales, oversee GTM launches, and take ventures from Day 0 to $1M ARR within 12 months. You will be fully embedded inside Martells incubation system, equipped with distribution (Dan Martells network), proven playbooks, and a dedicated support team. Your mandate: incubate one company per month, ensuring each hits F10/F50 milestones on schedule. What Youll Do Founder Recruiting & Onboarding Source, vet, and onboard elite Business Leaders & Tech Leaders for new ventures. Run recruiting pipelines, interviews, and founder-market fit assessments. Structure compensation & equity frameworks using Martell Ventures templates. Incubation Execution Drive ventures through the 90-Day Sprint (MeVO F10 F50 F100+). Oversee validation, presales, and first 50 customer launches. Build scorecards, run standups, and track weekly L10s for accountability. Continuously refine the incubation systemoptimize with each cycle to scale incubation as a machine. Go-to-Market & Distribution Coordinate with Dan Martells media team to secure pitches and distribution. Design and execute outbound playbooks (cold email, LinkedIn, DMs, partners). Support creation of media assets (decks, Looms, one-pagers) that convert early adopters. Operational Systems Stand up CRMs, ad accounts, shared drives, and reporting systems for each venture. Manage NDAs, term sheets, onboarding templates, and equity frameworks. Ensure all IP, contracts, and budgets comply with MV standards. Investor & Customer Interface Support preparation for presell pitches, customer demos, and investor updates. Maintain founder accountability with weekly scorecards & KPIs. Protect Martell Ventures and Dan Martells brand by ensuring validation before public launches. What You Bring Required Qualifications Proven zero to one operator. Youve built or scaled products from idea to real revenue. Recruiter and closer. You know how to spot A-players, win them over, and set up fair equity structures. Sales-first mindset. Youre comfortable running presell calls, pitching SMBs, and closing early deals yourself. Product instincts. You know how to test, validate, and ship quickly without overbuilding. System builder. You love checklists, playbooks, and turning messy processes into repeatable machines. High agency. You move fast, take ownership, and dont wait to be told what to do. Preferred Qualifications Experience in venture studios, accelerators, or high-growth SaaS. Hands-on with modern tools (HubSpot, Webflow, Mixpanel, AI automation). Strong financial chops.
