Join EY and help build a better working world. Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in SAP to lead our financial services initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions, particularly in the financial services sector, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects that drive business transformation and efficiency. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP projects within the financial services domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on financial services. Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in leading largescale SAP implementations and transformations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. SAP certification(s) is a plus. At minimum 6+ years of experience working with SAP Finance modules as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required. Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to Treasury and Group Reporting is preferred. Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required. Skills and Attributes for Success Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory Financial Services. Experience with integration with 3rd party systems. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
