They take pride in their strong relationships with developers, consultants, and trade partners, consistently executing projects with precision, collaboration, and integrity. Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through to occupancy. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure project milestones, budgets, and schedules are met while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall management of high-rise construction projects (typically 30+ storeys). Oversee the project lifecycle from design coordination, budgeting, tendering, scheduling, and construction through close-out. Manage and mentor site staff including Assistant PMs, Site Superintendents, Coordinators, and Administrators. Work closely with developers, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design intent and project objectives are met. Monitor project costs, change orders, and budgets to ensure profitability and alignment with contractual obligations. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path items and potential delays. Lead progress meetings and ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies on-site. Manage contract negotiations, tendering, and procurement of trades. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and ownership teams. Qualifications Minimum 810 years of experience managing high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects in the GTA. Proven experience with projects valued $100M+. Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Strong technical understanding of structural, architectural, and M&E systems. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and other project management tools.
