To further accelerate our international growth, we are now seeking a visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead global business development, expand strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The Role Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the companys presence in international markets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and staff augmentation. Establish and strengthen longterm relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders. Drive local sales initiatives to complement international expansion. Lead and mentor the business development, sales, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align business strategies with organizational goals. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on emerging opportunities. Oversee highvalue negotiations, partnerships, and strategic deals to ensure profitable outcomes. Represent the company at global industry events, networking forums, and client engagements. Ideal Profile You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within IT sales. You are a strong networker & relationship builder. You are highly goaldriven and work well in fastpaced environments. You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. You are willing to undertake 030% travel. Proven track record of successfully bringing in business from international markets, preferably in software development or IT services. A strong background in staff augmentation services is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to deliver measurable results. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with prior experience leading crossfunctional teams. What''''s on Offer?
