What you can expect when joining the team Based remotely in Ontario, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), the Senior Account Executive will lead market expansion and client development for Petals portfolio of SaaS solutions across the province. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for enterprise accounts in the healthcare sector. Experience in enterprise B2B sales, mastering longer sales cycles, customer relations at different levels, and having a rich network of contacts, excellent relationship building, negotiation, and technical skills will enable you to be successful in this role. Your daily life Build pipeline, drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration for enterprise accounts in the healthcare sector in your assigned territory; Develop and execute on accountbased strategies from scratch to drive pipeline creation and establish a strong client base; Travel within an assigned territory to conduct facetoface meetings, demos, and discovery sessions with potential customers; Help customers achieve their goals by understanding the foundation of their needs and successfully articulating compelling value proposition and ROI; Identify, address, and overcome potential buying obstacles unique to the healthcare sector in the Ontario region; Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, positioning Petal as the clear number one choice for prospects; Communicate and collaborate crossfunctionally with sales engineering for solutions modelling, as well as with inside sales, customer success and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities and drive success; Grow your network and Petals brand awareness by attending conferences, workshops and industry events; Maintain detailed and uptodate records of daily activities in Salesforce CRM to track progress.
