Role Overview As a Senior Consultant in the Change Management group, you will develop and execute change management strategies such as stakeholder assessments, change readiness, communications, marketing, and training, in partnership with project teams, to support the deployment of information technology products and services. Key Responsibilities Determine change management deployment requirements for each project through stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessment, and other assessments, in partnership with the project teams. Develop and validate the change management deployment approach for technology solutions, including detailed plans for adoption, change communication, training, and ongoing maintenance. Identify risks to project schedule and plan mitigations to meet deployment requirements on time. Deliver learning to internal groups, which may include group facilitation, planning, and logistics. Work with product and client management teams to define deployment continuity plans for technology solutions. Consult with crossfunctional teams on change management, learning and development, and communications deployment approach. Actively participate in continuous improvement by contributing best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications Completed (or expects to complete in the next six months) postsecondary education. 5+ years experience in change management, communications, and learning. Preferably has a Prosci or equivalent change management certification. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Creative mindset, always looking to elevate the change strategy. Proven ability to create learning materials and deliver training. Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into various forms of accessible documentation. Proven ability to work with all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to operate under minimal supervision, with virtual interaction. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Proficient user of Microsoft Office productivity suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Talent for problemsolving and pattern recognition, breaking down complex problems to component parts and applying lessons from one context into another. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments in a timely manner. Demonstrates personal accountability for performance and quality of work, while having the humility and courage to seek out help early and often. Familiar with or willing to learn generative AI tools. Ability to obtain Federal government security clearance. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $80,000 $138,000, with eligibility for a bonus program. Additional benefits include $4,000 per year for mental health support, a $1,300 flexible benefit spending account, personal/wellness days, vacation, and flexible work arrangements.
