As an Audit Manager I, you will: Plan and conduct endtoend audits aligned with policies and regulatory guidelines. Lead the planning process for assigned audits, ensuring timely completion and appropriate risk assessment. Support audit opinion per internal controls and professional standards, presenting findings and recommendations. Manage followups on findings raised from regulatory and internal audits. Identify failures in internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Stay current on emerging business and analytical tool trends to deliver quality results on tight schedules. Maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Build a fair and positive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Requirements Over 5 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree. Relevant professional certifications or accounting designations. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fastchanging environment. Handson knowledge of audit standards and internal controls. Ability to work multifunctionally and guide team members.
