Description Paladin Security is Hiring a Full-Time Security Guard Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada Work Setting: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $16$18 per hour Schedule: Full-time shifts available including nights, days, evenings, and weekends (varies by location) Overview We''re hiring dependable and professional Full-Time Security Guards to support a variety of sites across Winnipeg. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with the public, providing strong customer service, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain safety on-site by remaining alert and visible Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the public Support site operations by following post orders and security procedures Respond professionally to incidents and escalate concerns as needed Maintain a calm and respectful approach during challenging situations Requirements Available for full-time shifts, including nights, days, evenings, and weekends At least 1 year of experience Strong customer service skills Comfortable working with the public Willing to complete training (training provided) Nice to Have Valid Manitoba Security Guard License One year Security experience Able to attend 35 days of unpaid training during business hours on weekdays Available to work Full Time Benefits Health Care Dental On-the-Job Training
