To learn more about CIBC, please visit What you''ll be doing As a Procurement Associate Co-op Student, you will be responsible for assisting with communication with suppliers and assembling CIBC''s supplier contracts. You will learn how to balance risks and requirements while gaining insight into CIBC''s third-party supplier risk management process. You will be trained to assemble lower-risk contracts using CIBC''s models and templates. You will also be asked to create analytics and reporting. You''ll be asking questions and engaging with suppliers and colleagues from CIBC''s internal business units. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to see situations from others'' perspectives. We are looking for someone interested in contracts and eager to learn about managing risk. You may be considering a future in law or business management. Additionally, you will become a member of our coveted Solutions Lab, where you will work as part of a team to bring new perspectives to existing CIBC challenges and help suggest and implement solutions that will directly benefit CIBC''s Procurement team.
