About the Engagement Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Architect to support complex enterprise infrastructure modernization, hybrid integrations, advanced security enhancements, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities for publicsector cluster environments. Scope Review and optimize logging, DNS, monitoring, and other core infrastructure services. Design and support hybrid integrations between onpremises and cloud environments. Assist operations teams with priority incidents impacting missioncritical applications. Plan and execute ongoing service improvements for OPCS. Assignment Deliverables Approved TB/MB20 Business Case and supporting documentation. Board-ready briefing materials and decision requests. Stakeholder engagement reports and fit/gap analysis documentation. Procurement readiness plan and compliance checklist. Expertise Required Must Have: 10+ years'''' experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture across hybrid environments (onprem + cloud). Expertlevel handson knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, orchestration, and core enterprise services (DNS, logging, monitoring, identity). Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing secure infrastructure and service modernization initiatives. Strong experience with DevOps toolchains, automation frameworks, and scripting (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Python). Demonstrated ability to function as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) incident response, automation, monitoring, performance tuning. Nice to Have: Familiarity with RedHat Linux, GoCloud, or similar governmentsector cloud platforms. Exposure to COTS, opensource ecosystems, and multivendor integration. Experience enhancing selfservice portals or service automation frameworks. Background in process refinement, ITILaligned service improvements, or performance optimization initiatives.
